Hi, I have A couple of plans set up on my account, however one plan I am trying to add says that ‘sorry, number not recognised’. I can’t add either the ID number or the number to be ported to the account.

I can't open the page with my secondary phone number to change my payment account. It shows that I'm disconnected. How can i change it?

I can't open the page for my second phone number to change the payment account; it shows that I am disconnected. How can I change this?

My data and texts are not activated meaning I cannot use them. I got a text yesterday stating my contract has been set up but it isn’t working.

I have checked my plan and on the app and it states that I have unlimited data, minutes and texts. However today I have been unable to connect to the Internet or sent/receive messages without Wi-Fi connect. I have also not been able to make or receive any calls

I have 6 multimedia messages charged on my bill this month. I cannot find any record of sending these and they appear to have been sent at the exact same time which I dont understand. Can you explain how this happened?

Hello I have been having trouble paying my bill and now been disconnected please can you help me with my payment plan ?  thanks

Worst service from the beginning to now I’ve had constant issues, first off I had issues with the speaker and noticed failed calls. I was told to go to curry’s went but they couldn’t connect my phone to there software. So from there told to go apple and bearing in mind this is a new phone they said more or less they have had to replace the whole Inside of the phone.ok so now I’m still having failed calls and most of the day I don’t have network and rely on WhatsApp.my last complaint t was closed without a agent listening to the calls where thw agent told me he would replace the handset. Now I’ve raised another complaint and the agent was about to close the case again and I refused and asked the calls to be listened to. They found the call but have said sorry you have been given incorrect information.as I was put on hold the line got disconnected and no call back!!

Hello, I’m going to be travelling to Saudi Arabia, the UAE (Dubai), and Pakistan, and I’m planning to use my iD Mobile SIM while I’m abroad. I’ll be in: - Saudi Arabia for 14 days- Dubai, UAE for 1 day- Pakistan for 14 days Could you please provide me with the roaming rates for mobile data in each country? I’d also like to know if there are any roaming bundles or data packages available that could help reduce the overall cost. Please also let me know if there are any daily or usage limits I should be aware of. Many thanks.

I have an esim plan but want to upgrade my phone. how do i switch the plan to a new iphone

My ID mobile hotspot does not work.. the phone internet is fine ID mobile says that there is no limit on hotspot data usage to other devices

How can I speak to human in customer service

I removed my mobile number and plan from my immobile account thinking that it would cancel my monthly sim only plan but I'm now getting emails from id stating that I haven't cancelled my plan and I must continue ro pay. As I removed the plan I can nolonger log into my idmobile to cancel and it won't let me re-add the number either. I lost the phone and sim over 3 months ago so haven't used it since, I just need to cancel. I cancelled the direct debit but now getting warnings that I will still be billed. I just want to cancel. Any advice is welcome.

I signed up to ID mobile nine years ago. I transferred an old number at the time but now I can't sign into the app. It only recognises the original number which I don't use and can't recieve the text messages to register anyway. I have tried the Live Chat but they haven't been able to help me, so trying here instead. Is there any way to sign into the app using my current phone number? Thanks

I have been charged twice on my bill £57.99 after i entered it manually and later in the day i got charged again so how do i get a refund?

I upgraded to a sim only package but looks as though I’m still paying for my previous contract and now have 2 numbers

I have recently switched to ID mobile and seeing issues.  Calls disconnecting even when in one spot, signal low in others, and going from 5G to SOS or no cover then back to 5G over very short distance within main town and motorways.  In my office I cannot get a call to keep signal for anything more than 2 minutes

Would I be able to put my phone back on while Friday? When I get paid

I have accidently added USA roaming on the wrong phone number. {REMOVED} it’s not needed on this device

My 24 month contract ends in December and I have the option for early upgrade in October. Am I able to change my contract to SIM only from the early upgrade date?

My device was lost but then found, it was blacklisted and I requested many times for the blacklist to be removed and I was assured that it was, I have gone on to sell the device as I no longer needed it but the company I sold it to have found it is still blacklisted. therefor I need the IMEI number to be unblack listed as this has been going on for over three weeks now.
