2 accounts 1 not working in Germany

I have 2 accounts 1 for me im currently in Poland my data is working..the other account is for my son and he's in Germany but his data isn't working...checked all the settings are toggle...he's turned ot on and off again can you help he need his data as he is travelling and needs to get train tickets etc

Hi @Samantha Looker.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry your son is having trouble with his data while he's travelling.

Please ask him to manually select a network in Germany. He can do this in his phone's network settings by turning off automatic network selection and choosing either Telekom or O2 from the list.

Once connected, his data should start working.
