Keeping old number ob new plan

I am with asda mobile, and i want to keep that number. I have bought a new phone and with it has come a new number, but how do i transfer my old asda mobile number to this new phone?

On your ASDA log in for phone, search for PAC Code; simples😃Apply that code when issued on idMobile log in.

As mentioned by @Geluk, you’ll need to request a PAC code from ASDA Mobile to keep your existing number.

Once you have your PAC code, you can either contact us via Live Chat to request the number transfer, or let us know here and we’ll start a private chat with you to help get this sorted.
