how can i cancel my plan as i keave uk on October 28

Hello,

I am leaving on October 28 but I want to use my plan u til that time. How can I cancel it and when so I will not have to pay for the plan after October?

Hi @AnnaVann.

Thank you for your post. We can offer the following disconnection options:

STAC code: This cancels your service immediately and you will not keep your number. You will need to provide the STAC code to your new network. If the code is not used, the account will remain active, so please do not choose this option if you are unable to provide the STAC code to another provider.

PAC code: This cancels your service and transfers your number to a different network.

30-day disconnection: You can continue to use your service until the account disconnects after 30 days.
