upgrading a phone with an esim plan

I have an esim plan but want to upgrade my phone. how do i switch the plan to a new iphone

    Hi ​@jef,

     

    Once you’ve completed your upgrade and received your new iPhone, you’ll need a replacement eSIM for the new device.

     

    You can request a replacement eSIM through the iD Mobile app and then follow the instructions provided to install it on your new iPhone.

     

    Alternatively, if you have any trouble requesting the replacement eSIM, please contact our Live Chat team and they’ll be able to assist: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

     

    We’d recommend making sure your new eSIM is installed and working correctly before resetting or disposing of your old phone.
