Removed plan from idmobile account but still getting billed

I removed my mobile number and plan from my immobile account thinking that it would cancel my monthly sim only plan but I'm now getting emails from id stating that I haven't cancelled my plan and I must continue ro pay. As I removed the plan I can nolonger log into my idmobile to cancel and it won't let me re-add the number either. I lost the phone and sim over 3 months ago so haven't used it since, I just need to cancel. I cancelled the direct debit but now getting warnings that I will still be billed. I just want to cancel.

 

Any advice is welcome.
