Good signal no data

I'm sure this has been asked many times and seems to be a recurring theme of strong signal but no data (BS27). Seems to be getting worse all the time.  When are you going to do some upgrades to serve rural areas. It's even bad in the city of Wells. Wish I could cancel and go to another provider but you have me locked in. 😡😡

Connection problems

Some callers cannot connect to my mobile number while others can without problem. My local garage cannot ring me, others have said they simply don’t get a ring tone. Any suggestions please.

pixel 9 pro uk delays?

Hi I have pre-ordered the hazel pixel 9 pro 256gb and checked with live chat when estimated delivery is  end of October.Has anyone else been told this? Other network providers are saying mid September and when I placed the order ID mobiles website it stated that too, don't want to wait that long as it seems other people are getting them sooner. Any help me much appreciated 👍

suspended account

My account had been suspended due to the money been taken through direct debit and then bouncing back I don’t know why this has happened as there is plenty of money in the account. I’ve never missed a payment in all the years I’ve been with ID mobile this is the first time and they suspended my account immediately and when I try to contact them online it’s not letting me chat with anyone only taking me back to these answered questions etc and I carnt phone cos I’m cut off like trying to talk to a person to sort this out is so annoying

outstanding payment

Hi all this is quite weird as in June I had paid my bill off for two months in advance which means I’d only have to pay this months which is what I did on the 30th of August which would mean I should be all paid up but my services have been stopped and I have been told that I have an outstanding balance of £20.91p but this isn’t even my monthly bill it’s a good £10 off so any help would be great thanks

We are in Santorini now the data is working OK 👍 but when you try and make a voice call everything it's diverted to an answering machine any advice appreciated thanks 😊

my remaining allowance this morning was 0mb so i added 4GB. I use my mobile hotspot for work while travelling. Whilst the 4GB has been added i still cannot connect. What do i need to do?

Price increases from January '25

Hi all, I've been trying to understand the changes being introduced from January '25 in which companies can no longer increase rates by the CPI% and have to start noting the increases in pounds and pence.My question is, if I were to take out a contract now (e.g. the new Google pixel 9 👀) would the prices increase from April '25 be one of the CPI%, or would it be more in line with the new changes due in effect.I've tried researching a few different sites and can't seem to find the answer. I know Vodaphone (and a few others) have already started reporting the increased but unsure how this would work for the companies still advising price increases in CPI%.Thank you all in advance,

So, I'm able to upgrade early from today, but the phone I want isn't showing up, but I can start a new contract? I'd like to upgrade to a Motorola Edge 50 Ultra but only the pro is showing up. Why cant I upgrade to the Ultra?

Can't activate eSim

Hello, I recently bought an eSim through a well known eSim company to use whilst I'm abroad. I have an Android phone which supports eSims. When I go to add the eSim through Sim manager, I click on "add eSim" and all that appears is the 4 Samsung "thinking" dots. It does not let me add an eSim. I think it's a problem with my iD mobile sim as recently I switched my physical iD mobile sim with a different physical sim local to the country I was in. When I did this, I could use the "add eSim" function on my phone. I would like to be able to add an eSim with my iD mobile sim in my phone so I can switch between my iD mobile sim and an eSim. Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you.

Mobile Data Problem

Hi I am supposed to have unlimited data but my iPhone 14 will only connect using 3G.4g is hopeless only shows one bar and nothing will load.5g is few and far between.works perfectly on 3G but unfortunately I’m not able to manually select it so just have to wait for it to ‘kick in’.This can’t be right can it?regardsJohn
