Every time I go into the app it shows the wrong data allowance on my plan.Ive spoken to customer service twice today and the first advisor said they'd change it there end,but that never happened and the second advisor told me to re install the app,I've done that and it's still wrong,is anyone else having this issue and have you found a way to sort it.Thanks.

Recently bought a new pay monthly contract that included a currys voucher. it did not arrive with the phone delivery, and haven’t received any emails. raised a help ticket, and had a automated response to email another help desk. Kinda feels like I’m getting bounced around the system.

When can I expect my id mobile phone to start being able to make and receive calls

I started a contract with ID mobile about 6 weeks ago and used a PAC code to transfer my old number. Yesterday, my number reverted back to the original ID mobile number I was assigned. Please could you change my number back to the number I requested.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request PAC codes for my two exchange numbers. I wish to transfer them between providers. For the past four months, I have experienced inconsistent internet service in Stevenage. Consequently, I obtained a PAC code from another provider, but their network is also inadequate. To resolve this, I require a PAC code from ID Mobile for the number ending 681, which is used by various government and other sector organizations. Bill payment was taken 3 times, spoke to customer service through live chat and was told refund was being processed and opened a complaint. Spoke to complaints department who then informed me it was being sent by cheque (no mention of this on live chat) and that account would be debited within 24 hours. Just spoke to the live chat for an update as its been 2 days, refund not processed and will be 5-7 working days. Can't believe anything that this customer service department tells you. This stands out as the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry, completely useless avoid them at all costs.

Good morning, I have collected by new phone yesterday and when perchasing I put in my pac code to keep my number but didn’t give me a switch over date. My number still hasn’t switched over and I’m having to go between 2 phones. I am unable to speak to someone over the phone and I have had a horrible experiences from the start so far! If someone could help in getting my number switched over! I have already tried to do this online also but it will not work.

Hi all 1st of all I'd just like to say please don't be too hard on Id mobile for the disruption & inconvenience that id are suffering at the moment As most of you know that id mobile & smarty piggyback of the 3uk network so if 3uk have issues with there network it effects id mobile & smarty & as I understand 3uk are doing work on the networks & with this bad weather we're having it's not helping the situation ! & I also understand other networks are having issues ! Nothing in today's life is perfect if it was we'd all be happier ppl (don't you agree) We all rely on our mobile phones too much these days I grew up in the world of if you had to make a phone call we had to find a public phone box & if it had been vandalised we had to find the next nearest 1 to us ! (Yes I'm an old git lol) But pls give id mobile a chance there great value for money & when everything's working ok I bet you will all agree it's great value for money ! The signal has been bad since I got my phone especially in my home (L16) but never goes above 1 bar in Liverpool. I can make calls but no one can ever hear me as the signal is so poor. Im 100% relying on my WiFi. I've had a new sim with the same issue and my partner who is on the same network is having the same problem. I've complained to customer service a few times and nothing ever gets done - they say they'll investigate but then never follow up. I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting.

I’m dismayed to find my credit rating losing points due to a hard credit search from ID mobile….for an £8 a month SIM. Really? You have to do this? I actually have good credit and even credit card companies have only done soft searches!I regret ever coming into contact with ID, I am incensed!

I've been with ID mobile since October 2022 and have a pixel 7 pro handset, I noticed the signal was poor but I checked the coverage which claims the city centre I live in (Cambridge) should have good indoor and outdoor signal so I assumed it was temporary issue. This seems to have progressively got worse over time and has never improved, I've travelled all over the UK and it's totally patchy and I can pretty much only make calls outside. My partner had the same handset on Tesco mobile and has no issues anywhere. I'm now moving to Norwich, there area is also listed as having good signal inside and out with 5g, in reality i can maybe 2 bars h+ so I'll have to rely on WiFi. I'm not sure I can cope with this, my contract is up on 11 Oct 2024 but I'll need signal until then. What options do I have? I can't afford to pay for another contract just to make phone calls or use the internet on my mobile... I pay for 50gb data unlimited texts and calls.

I want to upgrade to a pixel 9 from my 7 but the deals available online at uSwitch are better by roughly £5 per month than the options I am getting from the app. As a returning customer, how do I take advantage of the better deal ?

Hello. I hope someone can help. On my latest bill there are two charges for two phone calls I made to a UK 07 number. Having checked my phone I did indeed make these calls, but I can’t remember who they are, and no business or name comes up. Anyway, my contract would normally cover such calls so can anyone explain why I might have been charged? Thanks Chris Neill
