I have an eSIM on an iPhone 15 so I can’t try the sim it in a different phone. I transferred my old number to ID so I assume this is the problem do I need to leave ID to get this to work thanks

We are off to Florida later in the year what's the best way to still be able to use our phones as we are going in a large group so will need to keep in contact with the others
I made a bit of a mistake last Friday and it's turning in to a nightmare.Basically I needed a replacement SIM to chuck in my spare android phone.Picked up the SIM, logged in to my account and used the activate replacement SIM function. After doing that I realised I had done it against the wrong profile - my daughter's number.Stoooopidly I just changed profile to my number and then did the activate replacement SIM again. Within seconds both phones were dead. Daughter was not best pleased. Never fear, there's a Currys up the road, so I popped out and picked up 2 new Sims and did the activate replacement SIM against each number in the app.But.... Whilst we both have mobile data and texts, neither of us can make or receive phone calls.Another 2 replacement SIM picked up and registered using the chat function so they could register each of them for me. Exactly the same issueNext day back to Currys and the chap advised putting a block on both Sims in the app, wait a while and then try regist

Does anyone know what my phone should say under Mobile operator settings in the phones settings. I have a Pixel 8 pro. I've been having some phone trouble of the security kind so have turned of WiFi as I believe that there is some sort of man in the middle "router" I'm not sure if the technical terms but basically my houses WiFi gets passed through a 3rd party before recieving and sending data.(Is that known as a "man in the middle attack" ?) So I rely on my ID SIM with unlimited data. Does anyone know what the average music and video watching phone would use in data in GB a month? As I obviously have it tracked on my phone and in a bit concerned by the volume of data on a "brand new" phone. So I wondered what mobile settings should look like and what iD's "operator settings" should be? Mine says : idmobile_gb-xxxxxxxxxxx.132024-08-15 I've changed the digits marked x incase it's a unique number given to each SIM or something like that? Sorry not very informed on this subject so if

I had been with EE for many many many years and they were superb but because of rising costs EE got greedy and I couldn't afford their price increase. So I switched to ID Mobile, unlimited data, calls and texts with a phone I love the A54 Samsung but that's where it stops. My god this network is horrendous, what am I actually paying for.The signal is absolutely useless outside of my home, calls constantly dropping,Loud screeching noises at times that almost deafen your earpiece.5g signal pathetic, even 4g is struggling.I travel all over the country so I have experienced this problem in hundreds of different areas.Even tried logging on to WiFi in many areas and it has struggled.Ive updated software, switched phone on and off, performed phone maintainance, updated apps, reset, everything I could think of,even id have ran through everything and it's getting worse and worse.Yesterday I was in Leeds and the signal wasn't even registering on Id network.Even travelling home by car 60 miles, nothing.Unless

HiMy husband and myself both have idMobile and up to about 1 month ago both were working fine. Now, both of us are having problems with making calls and being heard on calls. We both have pixel 8’s but I have also tried my sim in a Samsung phone I have. When we make a call it either takes ages to connect or won’t connect at all. If we do manage to connect then we can’t be heard or the sound is breaking up so people cannot understand what is being said.We are desperate now for a solution as we have a disabled daughter and it is essential that we can be reached at all times. Can you please suggest anything to help. I have checked the coverage in our area and there are no problems noted. Our postcode is SG1 1PS.Thank you
