Not 2 months. 2 separate incidents. Check your records as it was National "downtime". Recent one was last month. So any compensation for your customers? (Plus calls are terrible at times "pause effect", so annoying)

Also voicemail does not work or able t access. You sent how to access, but it is what I tried B4, it says that function does not work.Really annoying as waiting for legal calls as well as possible new job

Hey there ​@AshClair, we’re aware of the previous outages, and we sincerely apologies for those. In terms of the outage, this was a 1-day call outage, so we’d be happy to look at what one-day’s line-rental was on your account and apply a credit for that one-day, that’s no problem. We can send a PM to do so if you’d like?

 

In terms of voicemail, how long has this been an issue for?
