I’ve just been given a PAC code from my old provider to change to my ID account.  When I try and input the code I’m offered one date to change it…. Tomorrow and by the time my new thirty day PAC code would have expired.  Just going round in circles 

I don't know what to do. I've tried turning it off and on, I've tried taking it out waiting and putting it back in nothing is working I can make or recieve calls while im actively paying for a plan 

When does my contract end 

I can’t take how badly ID mobile show bills and money owed.  my contract started 17/11 and I’m in my last month. Payment (£41) will be taken in a couple of days. HOWEVER:text for a PAC and I’m told I’ll be billed £66. Even worse?? On my account it says I owe £41 for October-November (this month) BUT - payment will be taken on DECEMBER FIRST??? WHAT???  what I love best is underneath this is the option to look at a bill “breakdown” and their breakdown says “line rental £41”. Great breakdown. Especially considering this contract included the phone purchase.  NO ABILITY TO GO GO SIM ONLY. NO ONE TO TALK TO. TOTAL MISINFORMATION ON WEBSITE, RANDOM AMOUNTS IM BEING TOLD ID HAVE TO PAY TO SWITCH EVEN THOUGH IM OUT OF CONTRACT, WRONG PAYMENT DATE BEING SHOWN FOR DECEMBER FOR A OCTOBER TO NOVEMBER BILLING PERIOD.  AND: I have an email FINALLY offering a sim only deal. I have a Samsung s25 FE physicsl sim.  When I am on the phone to any number thats not a UK mobile, for example an 0800 number or 0300 etc there is a complete break in connection where the other person cannot hear what I am saying

Hi,Bought new plan but I can’t upgrade. I also need to change few other details as I recently divorced and my some other details need changing. I’ve already updated my direct debit account but unfortunately keep receiving I will be paying £10 instead of new plan should be £5. Still receiving texts saying “Paul” who is my ex husband instead of my name. I bought this new plan supposed to be fixed contract for 2 years. Please someone help me. It’s getting so frustrating, keep going in same circle and nothing updating.
