cancel trade in phone

If you'd like to cancel your phone trade-in, you'll need to contact the point of sale where the order was arranged, as they'll be able to check the status of the order and advise whether it can still be cancelled.

As your trade-in was arranged through Currys, you’ll need to contact them directly.

They can give you the warehouse address to send your phone to and explain how billing will work while the trade-in is processed.
