Change dirdxt debit

I need to change my direct debit details on a number attached to my account - how do you actually speak to someone?

Thank you for your post. You can easily update your Direct Debit details through the iD Mobile app or by logging into your online account.

Just follow these simple steps:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account.
Go to the Billing section.
Under Manage my Direct Debit, click on Manage my details to make the necessary changes.
