If you're still waiting for the trade-in pack, we'd recommend checking the trade-in emails you received when you placed the order, as these will contain the latest information about your trade-in.

Please note that trade-ins are handled by our sister company, Currys, rather than iD Mobile directly. If you haven't received the return packaging or need an update on the trade-in process, please contact the Currys Trade-In team: TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk

They'll be able to check the status of the trade-in pack and advise on the next steps.
