When does my contract end

    You can check when your contract ends through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

     

    1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
    2. Go to Account.
    3. Select Plan Details.
    4. Your minimum term end date and upgrade eligibility date should be displayed there.

     

    If you're unable to find this information, please let us know and we'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
