No service issue

I am new and moved my old number to ID mobile. I keep getting no service and phone calls are interrupted. It works fine for a couple of days then back to normal service again, although it doesn't stay long but quite annoying specifically I changed to this expecting a better service.

 

Any help or advice plz.

    Do you have no signal at all?

    I do have signal for some time then go off completely and shows no service. When I restart the phone it comes back again. This keep happening specially when I really need to surf the net.

    I am using Redmi 13.
