How do you get access to voicemail? ((Tried "1" and "123", but nothing).

Your website is so difficult to see. Found it and enabled it. Let's see if it works. Thanx. Ps. I have another enquiry I posted regards the network voice issues you had last month, and previous one. Is there any compensation for this? I had urgent Union and legal calls I missed, as well as family, especially my elderly mother. Also at other times, regular occurrence , calls drop or "pause" and this leads to a very unprofessional call between caller and myself. Why? Thanx

Hey there ​@AshClair, enabling voicemail should allow it to work now. Please give it up-to 24 hours to enable fully.

 

As mentioned on the other post, we can look at crediting yourself with 1-days line-rental due to the 1-day call outage if you’d like us to drop you a PM to do so.

Regards vmail I will check tomrw to see if working and able to access as per your website.

Is one day refund your maximum, especially with impact it caused others and myself? What about previous incident, when people lost total access to network?

That’s great ​@AshClair, let us know on the voicemail front.

 

In terms of the recent outage, as it was only a one-day call outage, we’d only look at crediting 1-day line-rental. In terms of the older outage, we wouldn’t look at offering anything for that one at this point, as it wasn’t a recent outage, and would expect the customer to get in touch with us closer to when that occured when it did, not after a different outage.
