Hi @Tazbone,

Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. I understand why you'd want to know exactly when your minimum contract term ends.

You can check your contract end date through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.Select your mobile number.
Go to Manage or Plan.
Select Contract Details or Plan Details.
Your minimum contract end date should be displayed there.

We also send customers an email when they're approaching the end of their minimum contract term to let them know they're becoming eligible for an upgrade and to provide information about their available options.

If you're unable to find the contract end date in the app I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select ‘Private Messages’.

You can also use this direct link to your inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview

I'll speak to you there.
