Bill Capping is a handy feature included with all iD Mobile plans. It helps you control your monthly spend by setting a limit on out-of-plan charges.
You can adjust your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. Once you've reached your set limit, any further out-of-plan charges will be blocked, helping you stay in control of your spending. Keep in mind: your standard monthly cost and optional extras, including add-ons, are not included in your Bill Cap amount.
How do I set or change my Bill Cap?
To set or change your Bill Cap in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘Bills’.

- Scroll down.

- Tap ‘Manage bill cap’.

- Drag the slider or input a Bill Cap amount in the £ field. Tap ‘Save’ to update your Bill Cap.

I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk,. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk, simply contact us to set or change your Bill Cap.
