Phone says no Internet but I have plenty of data on id app. I even bought a top up and I still don't have Internet

Are your calls and SMS texts working, ​@Jay86?

Does your iD SIM work properly in a different network unlocked phone?

I got texts saying I'm out of data but app says I have lots

Hey there ​@Jay86, sorry to hear that. Were the texts along the lines of “You’ve used 80%” or “You’ve now used 100%” of your data?

 

On the app, how much data does it show you have left?
