I’ve contacted you twice now about a fraud .. I got a text saying I had asked for a PAC code but it’s not me and now my phone has been disconnected what the hell is going on

Hi,

Have you gotten your number back yet? I have had the same issue and I am on day 7 of having no signal, 5 working days, 2 weekend days.

Yes, it’s been reported and I have been in touch with the CEO team daily for updates, but I am still nowhere near getting my number back.

Nope. No reply to my email today asking for an update. Nothing. No updates, no responses. I feel badly let down by this company

When was your last update from the CEO team?

My last contact with the CEO team was on Tuesday 8th July. Nothing since. I have called the complaints team just now and asked for an update and they have said the CEO team will contact me soon. This would have to be done via email, I have no contact number.
