Why haven't I got unlimited data as discussed at renewal? I only signed up for the package on that basis

Hey there ​@Martynpullan1017, sorry to hear this. To clarify, if you spoke to customer services and ordered an upgrade via them, and they promised unlimited data, then it’s likely that they processed a deal with an unlimited data loyalty add-on. If that’s the case, this will not show up on the app/website as being on unlimited data, even though you are. It simply means that when you run out of data from the normal contract allowances, your add-on would simply kick in, meaning you are on unlimited data.
