Why haven't I got unlimited data as discussed at renewal? I only signed up for the package on that basis

To clarify, if you spoke to customer services and ordered an upgrade via them, and they promised unlimited data, then it’s likely that they processed a deal with an unlimited data loyalty add-on. If that’s the case, this will not show up on the app/website as being on unlimited data, even though you are. It simply means that when you run out of data from the normal contract allowances, your add-on would simply kick in, meaning you are on unlimited data.If you’d like us to PM you to confirm that’s the case, we can of course do so.Thanks,Tyler
