Caller can't hear me on 4g but OK on WhatsApp

Is it just calls that are impacted? How are texts and data usage?

Also, can you please confirm if this is happening in one particular postcode or all over?

Everything works but voice calls where I can hear the number called but they cannot hear me.. Voice calls on WhatsApp are OK.  I use phone mostly at the moment in BS20.

Yes it’s all voice calls on ID but OK on WhatsApp.
