Coverage drops randomly but usually when a train goes past

My phone signal works pretty fine for the most part, but it drops when when I’m at my new place, usually when the train goes past. Pretty close to an overground train station and I hear the train immediately every time the signal drops! I use hotspot for most things so it’s pretty frustrating having to constantly reconnect! 
 

Anything I can do to prevent this?

    Example postcodes of where you experience issues
    Are you connecting via 4G or 5G (if both please confirm)
