roaming in Spain

my wife and I have IDmobile sim and recently visited Spain, ID mobile did not work for us there , could not make calls, text and no data. Reset network, activated roaming on network and on phone but did not work , we were forced to buy esims.

disappointed either service and thinking about getting another provider.

Had you both enabled roaming? How do I enable Roaming? | iD Mobile Community

hi - I had exactly the same issues, roaming on, reset, tried everything but phone was exactly like yours, this caused so many issues will definitely be changing providers when contract ends as never experienced this with O2!!! Also terrible that you cannot contact anyone on ID to get issue sorted!!!

NO!!!! Obviously had roaming on!!

This is a ridiculous reply, hope it didn’t dampen your trip! Of course not being able to use your phone is going to more than dampen your trip! Cannot believe this is the response, really helpful!

Which networks did you both try connecting to in Spain?

thank you all  for your comments ,

this is exactly what happened, it did affect our trip and my wallet, We had to purchase  esim to be able to use the phone. Anyway, I have requested a switch to another provider. 

will not use IDmoblie again, poor support and does only work in the UK.
