I have no network or signal ever just satalite

Just moved to ID today, after checking the phoney coverage checker which showed 'excellent' signal indoors and outdoors. No bars, no calls, no Internet. Is this even a real provider?

There are many times I've tried to use my phone in areas and get absolutely no signal, yet my friend (who introduced me to id mobile) and stood next to me can! Why is this ? I've got a pretty new phone with 5g coverage where available. 

I have had enough. The ID/3 "unlimited"  internet service has deteriorated so much that I am going  back to using EE. Initially the ID download speed was great, around 35Mbs to 60Mbs.Over the last 2 or 3 months it has gradually become so slow that it is almost impossible to watch videos or TV. Last night it took over a minute to download a 1 small JPG. The speed check gives results from 460KPS yes KPS, with the occasional random excursion up to 12MPS.  My old copper wire broadband gave a consistent 12 to 18MPS.3 and EE use the same cell tower near me.  I still have the same full bars of signal. I have tried Pixel and Samsung phones as well as a 4G lte router which all give similar slow results. I put my partners EE sim in the same phones and router and using the same cell tower got 48MBS to 62MBS. I know that ID don't throttle the speed because they said so. The only alternative must be their faulty equipment or software. Fortunately, I am on a 1 month contract

Hi I have had problems since August I believe since the mast down and no time frame when this will be fixed. I can’t receive calls it just says call failed I see satalite instead of signal bars I also get failed to send on messages, I have recieved a text to say it’s been resolved but it has not I need to end this contract as you are not providing a service you suppose to provide I receive miss calls all the time as no one gets through it goes straight to a text missed call it’s ridiculous. Support team may have tried to phone but I can’t get through to anyone.so you would need to email for response as what you are going to do, the only thing that is working is taking my mo ey out of my account.

I'm trying to enable adult content but I still can't access the site 

Lately ive been having issues with my 4g and 5g. For example I was at a gig and was trying to get my tickets to load on a app but my mobile data wasn't working and needed my daughter to hot spot her ee mobile data and it worked right away this isn't great when you need your mobile date 

I got a 120GB data plan with ID mobile, I live in High Wycombe. And when I am outside off my house ( not using Wi-Fi) I don’t have signal at all, no Internet to can download a google page at least.  I just wanted to know if you have any problems with your internet connection and if is going to improve?Otherwise I looking to move to another provider that can offer proper services. At list the basics.  When I checked coverage in my area says is excellent on 4G???  excellent means no service at all??  Thank you! Liliana 

I want to give my child an Apple Watch with cellular for Christmas. Both myself and my husband have iPhones on iD mobile. I know that the network doesn’t have cellular plans for Apple Watch. Better Roaming is the only UK network that supports Apple Watch For Your Kids (Family Setup) not linked to the parent device network but my question is will my/my husband’s phones on iD Mobile allow this to be set up as it looks like some carriers don’t? Many thanks. 

Since I have left EE and switched to ID mobile,  my signal is terrible,  calls cut off randomly and I can't make a call without someone saying I am constantly breaking up. Also voLTE will not work with my samsung A56 

We have 4 phones with ID mobile, all are saying mobile network is not available and we are unable to use them. The site is saying that the call and service status is normal. Is the Network down? Also, I can’t find a help line number to contact.

So for the last few months the signal has been terrible when I’m in Exeter. I was told this should be fixed but I’ve just been into town and again no signal.when will this be sorted because it’s really frustrating 

Just to let everyone know, that access to data was extremely patchy in Antalya. Walked about a mile in either direction along the main strip in Lara, Antalya. Extremely patchy connection. I thoroughly recommend you choose another service and NOT ID.

I have very bad connection issue. No internet in my appartment

New eSIM saying 'Unable to Activate' on iPhone 12 Mini, device is not locked to a network, is on iOS18 and I've tried all the other usual stuff e.g. aeroplane mode, turning off etc. Even request an new eSIM to try it on my Google Pixel 8a which already has a working ID Mobile eSIM and still had the exact same issue - any ideas?

Anyone else in Aberdeen Scotland unable to make outgoing calls as saying Line Busy. Also cannot wt onto account or app

I'm guessing from the threads and chats that this is a major issue. It's been going on for hours!!!!! 

Can’t make any calls to anyone since last night just says user busy? What is this I’m getting so sick of this when will it be fixed . Coverage checker says everything is fine but clearly isn’t. You should update that too.

I am unable to send text message or phone my daughter in Leeds.  We are both on the ID mobile.  Is there any reason why?  I cant ring from my mobile either.  Please will you report this issue?  Leeds area.
