Who are Three UK?
Our network partner Three UK launched in 2003, laying its foundations as the network that was born to be different. Today, their network covers 99% of the UK population and carries 29% of the UK’s mobile data traffic. Three UK launched 5G in August 2019, and has been recognised by Ookla as having the UK’s fastest 5G network*.
Is my phone compatible with iD Mobile?
All phones sold by iD Mobile or our partners go through extensive testing to ensure they’re compatible with our network. If you purchased your phone elsewhere, double-check our list of approved handsets to ensure features such as 5G, Wi-Fi Calling, and eSIM will work.
Please note: If your phone isn’t on our approved handset list, it will likely still work on our network, however, your ability to use some services may be affected.
