I've been an id customer for a while now. I've been putting up we've these issues but they're almost unbearable... 

The signal is so poor. Generally I can only access the internet through WiFi... Or it is very slow. When I'm in work I get no signal whatsoever. If my wife needs to get hold of me she has to call the reception or a colleague who has signal. 

If I'm out and about and my phone rings, which is quite rare, after I answer it can take 10seconds before the person can hear me which is really frustrating. 

I'm struggling to understand how mobile communication is worse than it was 20 years ago! 

I've tried resetting and removed and replaced the SIM card which has done nothing. 

What can I do? Is it possible to leave without penalty?
