Hello, I have changed to ID mobile and used the PAC code to keep my old number. I have had emails telling me that everything is complete with the change over. My number has changed on the ID app but it hasn’t on my iPhone and I don’t think everything is coming through as a result. I have tried to change the number in the mobile settings but I am unable to save it. I have switched the mobile on and off a few times. I have checked my husbands mobile as he changed over a couple of weeks ago and his is the same. He doesn’t get many texts so if it difficult so understand if he is getting all his messages. Would anything be able to help please? Thank you.

Ive been an ID Mobile user for over a decade.Never had a single issue until August 3rd this year after a phone update the Galaxy S25 stopped reading the SIM card.Literally spoken to dozens of people, most of which are absolutely useless.Ive been referred to the complaints department a few time without a solution. Was told they're working with the technical team and have no idea when they will have a solution so I wait. They give me a month free.I wait some more. Can't get texts or calls. They try anE Sim….nothingJust using Wifi.First week of October they agree to take my 4 month old galaxy S25 back and supply me with a brand new Galaxy S26FE and I get a new SIM card from Curry's.Transfer data to new phone and ask ID to make sure the SIM is activated and am given a guarantee that it will work...it doesn't and tell me to go to Curry's to get a new oneIm feeling hopeful.Curry's give me the SIM card and tell me to activate through the ID App…..nothing.Live Chat with ID tell me they will activa

I got this phone this phone 2 weeks ago and one of the speakers do not work and only noticed over this past week. Also the service comes and goes and I’ve never had that problem before

Hi, I submitted a PAC code and received notification that transfer will take place tomorrow, however I now want to keep the iD mobile number. According to your help files, by contacting you the day before (up to 6pm) I can cancel the transfer. The lady on live chat says it's not possible. Please can you advise either way

Can someone tell me how I can set up my eSIM on my new phone please?

I have been trying for 4 days to get someone to properly help me, my eSIM doesn’t work, the process I’m having to take just to talk to someone is insane, I’m unable to call anyone and to chat to someone over live chat takes about 40 mins, I’ve spoken to 2 people and keep getting kicked off the chat before they have fixed the issue !! So annoyed.

Need to get a replacement esim asap

My old number which is {REMOVED} still hasn't switched over, ID says I am viewing my plan from this number but the number I have been sending messages and calls out from is the temporary one given while my old number switched

Hi, I’m calling about my order, reference [REMOVED]. I received a message saying some details need to be updated. I’m already an iD Mobile customer, but I used a different bank card for this order. Could you please check what information you need from me

Hello. I have switched my old number to my idmobile number. But I don’t think it has worked

Hi can you track my phone delivery. It was meant to be delivered yesterday

Hi how do I block no caller id numbers

Im having trouble switching my old number to ID mobile. I have a PAC code and have entered it correctly with my old number and I keep getting an error message. Ive tried all the fixes but still cant get it to work.

I want my old number with id mobile on my new sim only but it won't let me use PAC number

Have no service after switching to ID mobile, eSIM not working, can’t get ANY help, no buttons are working, couldn’t call anyone just tells me to use the live chat, the live chat tells me to call,

I ordered a new phone upgrade and selected a physical sim. When the phone arrived and I tried to set it up it said I needed an eSim instead. I went on the id mobile app and requested an eSim. Only after I did, I realised the billing email address that it was sent to was incorrect by one character.  I've blocked my sim on the app just in case but I'm not sure what to do now.
