Over the past couple days my phone has been unable to send texts. Instantly the failed to send issue pops up. However I am still able to receive texts, use and receive calls and my mobile data works. I haven’t changed any settings on my phone or ID account. My phone hasn’t been damaged either.
If you wish to send MMS messages then you also need to ensure that your bill cap is set higher than your monthly plan £ to cover them. If you were able to send MMS messages previously then you may have hit your cap limit and now they won’t be sent until it is increased to cover the cost.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t help me. My texts have not sent for a week. No pictures, just words. I don’t want to mess with my settings. This was working fine and nothing has been changed.
Hi this happens to me too, as soon as I send a text it pings up Not Delivered, I have been turning airplane mode off then on again, not ideal but a workaround
Thank you for getting in touch with us. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble sending messages.
If you’re still able to make calls but messages (including iMessage) aren’t sending, this is usually related to your messaging or network settings rather than your SIM itself.
Here are a few quick things to try:
Check that iMessage is turned on in your settings Toggle iMessage off and back on again Make sure your number is selected under “Send & Receive” Check your internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) Try restarting your phone
Or try updating to the latest version of iOS software provides the latest features, security updates and bug fixes:
Open Settings.
Tap General.
Tap Software Update.
If you have an iOS update available, tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.
If you see ‘iOS is up to date’ - you’re good to go!
I gave up waiting on us mobile weeks ago and contacted Google support they have confirmed that the phone, which you supplied, is faulty. Please get back to me urgently to let me know when you can replace it. Regards your very very fed up customer) hopefully this time I won't have to resort to contacting the ombudsman to get a resolution?)
