I switched my phone in January and I thought it was just because I lived in the countryside but my 4G coverage is terrible and I don’t get 5G at all. I’m wondering if something went wrong in the switch over because I’m still getting messages from O2 saying that my bill is ready to view even though I cancelled the direct debit etc so I don’t pay anything. I also couldn’t make any phone calls so I definitely think there is something wrong in the set up of the esim
