Wrong phone delivered - no updates I seem to have the same issue as a number of other ID mobile customers - I ordered an iPhone 16 Plus, but was delivered an iPhone 15 by DPD. The box was sealed when it arrived, and I opened it before realizing that the phone was not what I ordered. I have followed the process of registering a complaint with customer service, but the 6 business days specified for investigation have passed, and I have no updates on the status of the complaint. Does anyone have any advice on moving this forward? In a phone call with customer service today I was assured that the matter would be escalated and I should wait 72 hrs, but I have no faith that this will produce anything, Is there another avenue to make a complaint?
