I keep getting calls from people saying they are returning my call. The issue is I have not been calling them. It seems my number is showing up on their caller ID. But its not me, calling. Searching on the internet it seems it is called spoofing,  I have tried reporting it to action fraud, but online there seems to be no way to report it after trying a number of options. So I have given up with that route. The other option is to contact your provider.  I can use my phone and receive calls as normal. It just seems somehow someone is masking their number on caller ID by using my number. What can I do?

I ordered a new device on Thursday the 5th of March. On Friday the 6th of March, I received an email from DPD stating that my parcel would be delivered between 15:35 - 16:35. I messaged my mother to ask her if she would be home at that time as I was working, and she sat waiting until 18:00 for a delivery that never came.  I received no notice from DPD about the failed delivery attempt, I had to use the tracking feature on their website to see that the driver had reported that the recipient didn't know the PIN for the delivery. A blatant lie considering that they never showed up and even if they had, my mother was given the PIN by myself.  I submitted a complaint to DPD only to be told that I used the wrong email address. Not sure what they meant by that as the email account that I used was the one that they sent me the delivery time slot to, and I used their online complaints procedure to submit it.  I've received subsequent deliverie

Hi, My QR code doesn’t work. I tried the manual set up and that didn’t work either. It says don’t ask for another QR code and to contat iD immediately but the only way to contact anyone is through this forum so I’m not sure how to proceed.

I recently joined ID mobile, I have had problems with the e-sim not working, it comes up with ‘call failed’ when trying to make a call. I could use the network though for the internet and receive calls. I contacted customer services who have sent a new physical sim. I now have no mobile service whatsoever on my phone. I am only able to use WIFI, I tried to activate the sim following an activation text that come through to say this was in progress, after hours I have nothing. I was advised to try the sim in another phone, it does not work. I have tried resetting network settings, turning WiFi on and off, turning it to aeroplane mode and on and off, there is no sign of me having any mobile network carrier on my phone. Very disappointed, I have 4 children and a partner with medical needs. I am paying £22.99 a month and cannot use my phone. Hi, I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find out how to talk to ID, does anyone know the number or email? Or any advice?I currently have a sim only plan with ID, and chose to get a new phone and sim contract with them to replace it - upgrade deals weren’t great, so I went through their normal options. I now need to transfer my number to the new sim, but I can’t as a pac code only works when switching network. Once this is done I can finally cancel the sim only contract. I haven’t used the new sim at all and have been paying for both plans 😩 (A separate issue I have with the sim only plan is that 80% of the time it won’t let me make outgoing calls or texts despite both those things being unlimited)  Thank you 

I suffer with a cognitive disability and I'm appalled at how the I.D. Customer/Tech services treat it's communities. To explain, I have recently moved over to I.D. and upon transferring, found myself connected. I submitted a PAC request and transferred my number over into an eSim, and an issue with the provisioning then occured.Since then, it's been absolute torture. Their accessibility helpline to support those with cognitive disabilities had in some cases a 35 minute wait. This is excruciating for somebody with my condition as I would keep forgetting key details, information, or simply find something else to do which meant I'd missed it when a handler finally picked up. When I got through, the handler, who was already provided with key information, didn't listen to any of the steps that I'd already confirmed I'd taken online - and provided them with specifics on what my device was doing, and telling them simply that the eSim would need reporivisoning as this was not

Just switched to ID but want to keep my number I wasn't able to do this when I set up the switch 

I placed and order on id in good faith on 24 January for a new phone contract. Part of the deal included both a trade in and a further trade in promotion. I'm now coming up on 6 weeks since placing the order and still haven't received the trade in and promotion. I waited 3 weeks, repeatedly emailing the so called trade-in help email for a returns package which never came. I then sent the trade in phone tracked and recorded which they've now had doe two weeks. Although they have finally acknowledged receipt of my trade in phone I am still waiting payment. There is no communication from them unless chased and I suspect that an AI bot is responding to the emails. I'm now looking to escalate this to id and if necessary to the communications ombudsman. The delays and lack of communication is beyond unreasonable. Is this experience common and is it getting resolved ? I cannot understand what id stands to gain from this appalling customer service . 

My sister has an ID Mobile contract in our mum’s name. A few months ago she broke her phone and decided to take out a contract in her own name, and keep using her old SIM. That contract is running out in a couple weeks and she’d like to keep using her preferred number. I work for another telecom provider, and they’re able to do a number transfer between two contracts (albeit this would also be change of ownership). Is this possible with ID mobile? If it isn’t possible, would she be able to port out her number to another provider (PAYG/1-m rolling contract) then port in onto the second contract? Thank you!

Today I’ve moved to a sim only IDMobile deal and opted for an eSIM.  During activation of my eSIM I realised I was issued a new number, however I want to keep my old number.  What do I need to do to ensure I keep my old number?

I recently moved over to ID and transferred my number over. I still am unable to add my old number to the iMessage app. 

My ID App has not worked for weeks. I tried re-starting, looging out and back in, deleting and re-installing.  Contacted ID via chat and after a very long time waiting was asked to delete my iphone network settings.  That didnt work eiter.  Deleted the app and left it several weeks.  I have just re-installed and same problem.  There is no error message.  I can log in but it then just hangs on the first screet with wheel spinning round continuously.

Recently ported over to ID, i can’t get my imessage and facetime to activate, any ideas? i have tried all the suggestions on the ID page here, reset network settings, turned imessage off/on facetime off/on etc etc, it’s just saying my number cannot be used for imessage and facetime as i need a sim associated with an apple device for my number….!  Please HELP!

Hi,I’ve tried all the guidance to get iMessage & Facetime working since switching to ID & porting my old number but nothing works.iPhone 17 pro max with latest iOS  Getting fed up of having to keep resetting phone  but even after full reset and entering my number in mobile service, it's not working. Some issue with port in. Please fix.Already tried with a new esim and that too didn’t helped.

I cannot receive most text messages and some calls to my number. My data does not work for this number, but a previous esim that was used on this account. 

I have a Redmi note 15. An esim iD. It's connected and the esim is working (it is currently the secondary SIM with the old provider O2 in the primary slot). Since I received the SIM the WiFi calling has been greyed out. Can anyone help?

I need to request a new eSIM but my phone was stolen so I can’t receive the activation text message! I haven’t received the activation email either but I had 2 id mobile lines, is it possible to send the eSIM activation text message to my other number??
