sim only upgrade..my nimber changed

I've been with id mobile for 3 or 4 years on a.monthly phone now...no problems at all.

However I have just upgraded a few days ago but for the first time on sim only…

I've received a new sim card...i installed it yesterday...but it has changed my number ive has for 20 odd years which I was not about and will be very bad news for me and all the contacts I have...ive looked into this on you app and the sms texts you sent yesterday on switching over...it says I need a PAC number to keep my old number....please help asap!

We're really sorry to hear this has happened, especially when you've had your number for so many years.

 

From what you've described, it sounds like a new plan may have been taken out rather than an upgrade, which would explain why you've been sent a new number instead of keeping your existing one, we’ll need to arrange a return for the new plan so that you can upgrade accordingly.
