Hello, i recently bought a new deal wkth a samsung A57 which was supposed to come with a ipad/tablet but i have only receieves the phone if u could look into it. Thanks

    I understand how disappointing it must be to be missing the free tablet offer.

    In most cases, promotional gifts like a tablet are sent separately from the handset, and can sometimes arrive a little later once the order and activation have been fully processed.

     

    Please check the following:
    Your order confirmation email for details of the tablet promotion and dispatch timeframe
    Any separate tracking emails (the tablet is often shipped separately via courier or claim process)
    Your spam/junk folder, in case the dispatch email has gone there
