I bought a new phone and I need help transferring my old number to my new phone

As long as the new phone is supported by iD Mobile then it is just a case of swapping your iD Mobile SIM card from your old phone to the new one.
 


If you are asking because you want to transfer an ESim:-
 

To get a replacement eSIM, follow these steps:

  1.     Log in to your account with the iD Mobile App or my.idmobile.co.uk and click on Plan.
  2.     Go to SIM & Phone Management > Request a replacement SIM or eSIM.
  3.     Select Get a replacement eSIM, confirm your email, and choose Yes, I want a new eSIM.
