old number not working

Hi can someone please help. I switched to ID mobile a little while ago but kept my number from my old network. It worked perfectly fine for a few weeks. But not I can’t receive calls or FaceTime. I can make calls but can’t receive. In my settings it seems that my temporary number is activated with my phone rather than my actual number that I kept.

Could you please try the steps below for me?

I would kindly ask that you check the following:

Please go into your phone settings so you can update your number. Then go to Phone, then My Number. Please enter the correct number and use +44 in place of the first 0 of your number.

Now go back into Settings and then go to Messages. Ensure that iMessage is turned on. Then go to Send & Receive, and check that the correct number is selected.

Alternatively, you can try the following:

Go to Settings, then tap your name
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap your primary phone number to make changes
To remove this phone number from your account, tap Remove from Account
Then select Add New Primary Phone or Email

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue is resolved.
