Yes, in some cases you can request a replacement eSIM, depending on your device and account setup.

Please try this in the iD Mobile app:
Open the iD Mobile app
Go to Account / SIM settings
Select Replace SIM / Get eSIM
Follow the steps to generate a new eSIM QR code
Scan the QR code on your spare device (if available)

If you don’t have access to a second device, you may also be able to use SIM swap to a physical replacement SIM, which can be collected from a store or ordered for delivery.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried this but don’t have access to my old number, yet when I try to use Live Chat, it doesn’t work. Live Chat simply won’t come up.
