new iphone 17 pro battery issues

I have only been with is mobile about 6 months and my new phone is already having battery issues… what do I do?

I have not been able to get into my app . I have spoken to not chat about 5 times still no help .

ask to change my password and I don’t receive my onetime passcode .

I have deleted the app and tried to set up a new account. Still no code

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

 

As the device is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'd recommend contacting Apple directly so they can assess the handset. They'll be able to run diagnostics and, if they determine there's a fault with the battery, advise you on the next steps under the warranty.
