have vodaphone received my pac code

I was sent into curries to speak about my ongoing two contracts with Vodafone and ID mobile. I switched from Vodafone to ID mobile but both contracts are still ongoing. I was told by the members at curries to find out if Vodafone have received my pac code

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion. I understand how frustrating it is when you think a transfer has completed but both contracts are still active.

 

Please note:

We can only confirm the status of your iD Mobile contract. If you have already requested a PAC code, the number transfer will only complete once your previous network (Vodafone) has successfully processed it.

 

What to do next:
Contact Vodafone directly to confirm whether they have received and completed your PAC request
Check with them if your old contract has been fully cancelled or is still active
Make sure the number port has fully completed (you should receive a confirmation text when done)


For your iD Mobile account:
Your contract will remain active until the number port completes or you request cancellation
Once the port is successful, your iD line will automatically close
