esim on new device problem

I have changed my phone and was previously using an esim.  I thought I'd transferred it to my new device but it doesnt seem to have registered and I'm concerned I'm missing important work calls. I have logged WhatsApp business on the new device fine and this is linked to this esim number, but I don't seem to be receiving normal calls via it. 

 

How do I resolve this please?
