updating iPhone configuration after Phone Number Switch


Hi All,

I have switched to iD Mobile and ported my number.  All has gone well for me.  However one thing in the iPhone settings, under mobile service it still lists the temporary phone number iD Mobile gave me on signup it has not switched to the number I ported.  It appears you can manually change the number but the save does not work.  I have restarted the phone but nothing seems to work.  Any ideas?

Try resetting your network settings. That should fix it. You will lose all stored WiFi passwords though which is a bit of a pain.

Are you still having the issue? If so, can you please go to Settings - Apps - Phone - My Number and manually change the number?
