I had a sim only with ID and changed to a new Samsung phone deal and contract with ID. When collecting my phone from Currys, I was told that I wasn't able to keep my number changing between sim only deal and contract.
The shop advised me to port my number to Lebara and then port it back to my ID contract Samsung phone. So I did.
Now when I make calls, occasionally my temp ID contract number will show on other people's phones. In the phone settings, it says that my ported number, the number I wanted to keep, is my correct number.
I am travelling to Spain this week and am worried that there might be problems, but also wish to resolve this situation. Any ideas, please?
