Hi, I have taken out a new contract and the phone has been received but no SIM card has been posted out to me. I am unable to make an ID account online due to not have the sim to be able to add the number to the online account. ID please contact me ASAP to resolve as I need a SIM to use my new phone contract I am paying for! Not a good start to using ID after switching from another provider I’ve used for years! Hi @LauraF220494 sorry to hear this.Have you fully checked the packaging, I have known the SIM cards to get stuck in the bottom of the packaging.Please let us know how you get on. If it isn’t there, we can send a replacement out, or you can collect one in any Currys store.
