Got the same problem, checked and double checked everything but won't accept it

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a 4?

A glitch in the matrix I think, went into Currys and the guy in there did it in seconds using the same details I'd been using, thanks anyway 👍🏻

Says there is a problem with the Pac code I am entering, reading the other comment, my recent from Mobiles. co.uk does not start with a 4
