Still hasn't arrived?
- Check for the dispatch email: Look for an email with the subject "Your order is on its way!". If you haven't got this yet, we are still processing your order.
- Track the package: Your dispatch email will have a DPD tracking number. Track your delivery here. (Note: The sender might be listed as Currys, our parent company).
- Check for a calling card: If you missed the driver, they should leave a card or update the tracking info. They will usually try again the next working day.
- Check for service issues: Sometimes bad weather or local issues cause delays. Check DPD service updates.
I ordered a SIM Card (Royal Mail).
SIM cards are sent via a Royal Mail tracked service. These usually fit through your letterbox and take 2-3 working days to arrive.

Still hasn't arrived?
- Check for the dispatch email: Look for an email with the subject "Your order is on its way!".
- Track the package: Use the tracking number from your email on the Royal Mail tracking site.
- Check for a calling card: If it didn't fit through the letterbox, the postie might have left a card telling you how to collect it or book a redelivery.
- Check for delays: Check Royal Mail service updates for any local disruptions.
I ordered an eSIM.
eSIMs are digital, so they are sent directly to your email inbox. The timing depends on what plan you bought:
- SIM Only Deal: The QR code is sent shortly after your order is processed. (Late night orders might arrive the next morning).
- Pay Monthly Phone Plan: The QR code is sent via email after your phone has been dispatched.
Still hasn't arrived?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder: It’s very common for these emails to get filtered.
- Check your main inbox: Search for "iD Mobile" or "eSIM".
