How can I track my delivery?

Want to track your delivery? Here's how to keep an eye on your order and know exactly when it'll arrive:

 

I ordered a Phone or Accessory (DPD)

 

Excited for your new phone? Once our warehouse team has picked and packed your order, we'll hand it over to DPD. They'll drop you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey. iD Mobile is part of the Currys family, so don't be surprised if your tracking updates say the parcel is coming from Currys. It's definitely your iD order!

You can track your parcel directly on their website: track.dpd.co.uk

On the morning of your delivery day, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS from DPD with your one-hour delivery slot and your unique PIN. You can also find your PIN in the DPD app. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:

 

 

Please note: If you live in a remote area that falls outside DPD's one-hour delivery time slot service, you might not receive the text message.

 

I ordered a SIM (Royal Mail)

 

If you've ordered a SIM Only Deal or a replacement SIM, it'll be delivered by Royal Mail via a tracked service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
