data loyalty add on problem help

Hi, it says I have an unlimited data loyalty add on but have received a text to say I’ve run out of the amount in my plan and details of how I’ll be charged going forward. That doesn’t add up to the loyalty add on. Please can I have some advice on this. Thanks.
