If you're in Egypt and have a Roam Beyond bundle, you'll still need to increase your bill cap if you're trying to make chargeable calls.

The Roam Beyond bundle doesn't automatically override your bill cap settings. If your bill cap is too low, calls may be blocked even though you have roaming enabled.

You can increase your bill cap by:

1. Signing in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select Bill Cap.
4. Increase the cap to an amount you're comfortable with.
5. Save the changes and restart your phone.

Once the bill cap has been increased, try making the call again.
