i have an add on to call abroad but it isnt working why cant j call abroad

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using your Call Abroad add-on.

Please try the following:

1. Make sure you're dialling the number in the correct international format, for example using + or 00 followed by the country code.
2. Restart your phone.
3. Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off again.
4. Check that the add-on is showing as active in the iD Mobile app or your online account.
5. Try calling a different international number to see if the issue affects all calls abroad or just one specific number.
6. Check that your bill cap isn't preventing the call from connecting.
