Add-ons are a great way to top up your data and minutes. To purchase an Add-on in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘View add-ons’.
- Tap an add-on which best matches your needs.
- If you’re happy with the add-on you’ve selected, tap ‘Confirm’.
- Tap ‘Done’. The add-on will be charged on your next billing cycle.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
