Add-ons are a great way to top up your data and minutes. To purchase an Add-on in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
  2. Tap ‘View add-ons’.
  3. Tap an add-on which best matches your needs.
  4. If you’re happy with the add-on you’ve selected, tap ‘Confirm’.
  5. Tap ‘Done’. The add-on will be charged on your next billing cycle.

 

I can’t access the iD Mobile app or My Account Online. What should I do?
