Help , want Start new bundle early

Jeff Barclay

Hi as per title , I’m on pay and go . Have purchased a bundle but the data has run out half way through so I’m looking to start a new bundle early so I can up my data allowance with the new one . I can’t see any way to do this only option is to top up and and credit to my account . Do I need to do this first before I can purchase one ? I don’t really want to stick money on my account for it to just start charging that for data before I can purchase a bundle though so any help would be massively appreciated

Cheers

Are you given an option to purchase an Add-On in the iD Mobile app? I believe you can only purchase a new plan once the 30 days has expired on the existing bundle. Thanks.

So have you ran out of data within your 30 day bundle period? Thanks.

I doubt I can help @jay_zzzeee

But you’re saying you bought a bundle for this month already and being as you’re now at 80% of that you want to buy an additional bundle?

I wonder if the full amount of the 1st bundle has to be used up entirely before the system permits further purchases. IDK

Cheers for the reply. I’m guessing so which is absolutely stupid. Giffgaff allows you to buy a bundle while your current one is still active and you can choose to activate the new purchased bundle straight away. Also where are the iD employes at?

I do not have this option. I activated in October and it expires on the 4th of December. I was given extra days

thanks

Yes not being able to buy multiple bundles in one month didn’t sound right to me, as you say others permit buying more.

Employees on here tend to be around during normal working hours. Matthew T is an employee and I can see he’s clarified only one per month. Whether that gets reviewed is only something they could say.

<Coughs maybe speak to live chat and say you bought the wrong add on, that you’ll pay the extra difference and see if they can add the extra data>
