basket checkout not recognised

I've just ordered a sim only package, or a least think I have!!

There's been no email acknowledgement only saying not completed despite entering all bank/card details. I don't want to end up ordering 2 sims but equally want confirmation the first order has gone through. Is there a customer service number for real live humans!? How novel would that be!?

No, but they have a sales line - 0207 139 1397 - the problem is this only operates during normal business hours🙄

I have no answer as to why it states the order is not complete. Sorry!

 

The only other option is to contact them via Live Chat, though this too is closed for the human aspect

If you do decide to endure their live chat start the chat with talk to person or speak to person to bypass their automated chat bot.

Thanks for the feedback. I was looking for the live chat option. Will give that a go.
